Summit Behavior Academy
In partnership with Educational Service Unit 9 (ESU 9), Summit Academy provides Tier III services for students who need intensive support. Our program delivers targeted behavior interventions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with the ultimate goal of helping each student successfully return to their home school district. Through our ESU 9 partnership, a dedicated ESU 9 Special Education Teacher is embedded within our program to oversee each student’s IEP and ensure their academic goals are achieved alongside behavioral progress.
Service Levels
Red Tier Services
This is for our students requiring the highest level of support, and includes a 2:1 provider to student ratio.
Yellow Tier Services
This is for our students that require 1:1 supports.
Green Tier Services
This is for students who are ready for group settings and transitioning back to the classroom.
